Job Summary
EIC Capital Markets Intern responsibilities include gathering information, conducting research, and analyzing data to provide relevant advice; assisting the business in daily tasks; responding to day-to-day requests; delivering through established processes and procedures; developing professional expertise through on-the-job training; reviewing, reconciling, and resolving client issues; tracking project timelines; generating monthly reports; assisting managers with department objectives; and completing special projects. Key skills and qualities include strong communication, customer-service orientation, reliability, independence, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. The role is paid hourly and part of a summer internship program offering hands-on exposure to capital markets within Cushman & Wakefield’s real estate services group.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years completed toward bachelor’s degree
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
- Legal authorization to work in U.S. (Visa sponsorship unavailable for this position)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven record of providing excellent customer service
- A self-starter, who is reliable, and gets things done as efficiently as possible
- Detail-oriented while also being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work individually as well as a team player
