EHSS Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead EHSS programs at Monterrey manufacturing facility focusing on safety, health, environmental, and security; develop and implement policies; ensure compliance with Mexican laws and with STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, IMSS; coordinate ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 documentation and audits; conduct risk assessments, training, incident investigations, emergency response, and continuous improvement; supervise security and facility cleaning; report safety KPIs and liaise with government inspectors; bilingual English/Spanish required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health, Safety, or related field
- 3+ years of EHSS experience in a manufacturing setting (plastic industry preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Mexican EHSS laws and standards
- Strong experience with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 systems
- First Aid certified
- Fluent in English and Spanish (technical and professional communication)
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
