Job Summary
EHS Year Round Intern - Injection Molding assists with reporting, identifies hazardous conditions within the plant, maintains training records and forms, updates training presentations, provides PPE and LOTO to employees, assists with safety orientation for new employees, files MSDS sheets, and supports the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager with daily safety tasks in an industrial injection-molding environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Industrial Safety Management preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office products
- 0-1 year Safety Experience in an industrial setting
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Some knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other government regulations
