Conduct safety education, organize volunteer fire brigade training, and lead daily fire safety inspections. Develop training schedules, establish team regulations, and execute fire evacuation drills to maintain readiness. Inspect jurisdictional areas for fire hazards, verify equipment usage proficiency, and mobilize the brigade for immediate fire response and rescue operations. Maintain personnel and attendance records, report training progress to leadership, and perform general safety patrols. Requires high school diploma or above with priority given to retired fire police or professional firefighters; must be physically healthy with strong communication and organizational skills.
