Job Summary
The EHS Teacher's Aide assists the Lead Teacher in daily activities that promote the development of young children in a safe learning environment. Requires a high school diploma and an infant/toddler CDA. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, communicating with parents, and ensuring the well-being of children.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have an infant/toddler CDA
- Knowledge of program curriculum, developmentally appropriate practice, and related program performance standards
Additional Requirements
- Must pass background screen, child abuse/neglect screen, drug screen, and be subject to random drug testing
- Must be able to lift 55 pounds
- Must obtain initial medical exam and TB assessment within 30 days of employment
