Job Summary
EHS Supervisor Night Shift partners with the Senior EHS Supervisor under the EHS Manager to enforce environmental, health, and safety programs at the Wilmer, TX facility. Responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO, OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, promoting a strong safety culture in a 5GW energy manufacturing environment. Delivers and coordinates EHS training, maintains records and permits, supports regulatory inspections and audits, and collaborates with operations, maintenance, and HR to integrate safety into daily activities. Requires 5-7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing/energy, and education in safety or related field (or equivalent experience). Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; OSHA 30/511 and CSP/ASP certifications advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, industrial hygiene, or related field, or equivalent directly relevant experience
- 5-7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, energy, or industrial environments
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS management systems
- Experience with OSHA VPP / ISO 45001 | 14001 program requirements
- OSHA 30 or 511
- CSP, ASP, or similar certification (international equivalents)
- Experience with environmental permitting and compliance
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency strongly preferred
