EHS Sr Engineer

Establish and maintain safe, healthy working conditions for the Lincoln community and surrounding environment at Saltillo, Monterrey, Querétaro, Hermosillo, and Tijuana offices. Inspect facilities to identify and correct risks, review machinery logs, and supervise housekeeping staff. Coordinate general maintenance and environmental efforts, ensuring clean, orderly installations that support daily operations. Investigate accidents, audit areas for hygiene and safety compliance, and establish activity programs to meet environmental and safety legislation. Promote improvement attitudes among staff, conduct legal and corporate MASH training, and prepare information for insurance investigations.
