Job Summary
Lead the overall management and improvement of Environmental Sustainability performance across the site by working with the Engineering team, EHS Director, and other members. Host and lead successful audits in Environmental Compliance, Construction, and Demolition while driving continuous EHS improvement and risk reduction. Develop an engaging EHS culture where the team collaborates to reduce risks and act as the deputy for the EHS Director as appropriate. This 18-month PAYE contract requires full-time on-site presence in Worthing, West Sussex, with flexible working subject to discussion.
Required Qualifications
- unquestioned environmental technical proficiency
- demonstrable ability to drive continuous EHS improvement and risk reduction
- experienced in leading successful EHS programmes
- overall management and improvement of Environmental Sustainability performance
- leading and hosting audits in Environmental Compliance, Construction / Demolition and other EHS topics
