Job Summary
Lead site environmental, health, and safety strategy with responsibility for executing long-term EHS plans, ensuring robust compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Cal/OSHA regulatory requirements, and partnering with Operations and Corporate EHS to drive sustainable improvements. Daily oversight of EHS activities, development of annual goals and leading indicators, and collaboration to integrate EHS into daily management systems. Manage regulatory permitting, air/wastewater/hazardous waste programs, and site certifications; implement ISO-aligned EHS management system elements; deliver regulatory compliance training; coach leaders on safe work practices; and maintain EHS metrics while interfacing with EHS HQ and site operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–8+ years of EHS leadership in manufacturing, with deep knowledge of California regulations and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, safety engineering, health sciences, or related field
- 5–8+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of California EHS regulations
- Proven ability to influence and partner across operations
