Job Summary
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and PPG policies while managing a comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety program for the Delaware facility. Provide leadership for EHS training, evaluate capital project impacts, and oversee safety programs including Job Safety Analysis, risk assessments, and Management of Change. Support site management by coaching on incident investigations, conducting audits, and leading emergency response activities. Help lead the Site Safety Committee and subcommittees while developing programs to reduce risks and improve sustainability metrics. Complete environmental reports and oversee the Waste Management Program to ensure regulatory adherence.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering or a related science
- 3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
