Job Summary
Assist the Facility EHS Manager in leading the EHS culture and ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance; coach all levels of employees to achieve best-in-class EHS performance; review and update safety policies; conduct and participate in safety audits and inspections; track corrective actions to closure; promote safety awareness across shifts; manage workers’ compensation/claims investigations; participate in safety committees; administer EHS training; represent the company during federal, state, and local inspections; communicate EHS metrics and goals to facility leadership and hourly employees; apply safety procedures through education, training, and use of protective equipment; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred in related degree
