EHS-Specialist (32-40 uur)

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under relevant NL legislation, including Arbeidsomstandighedenwet and Milieuwet, by managing risk assessments and reporting. Implement an audit process to verify EHS best practices and drive a culture of ownership at the operations level through line managers. Liaise with external agents during investigations and Group Insurance teams to minimize Employer Liability claims while cascading lessons learned from incidents to improve safety culture. Support line managers with accident reviews and develop plans for continuous improvement to achieve zero lost time accidents. This fixed-term 12-month role is based at the Veghel office with an average of 40 hours per week, including a working-from-home allowance.
