EHS Senior Manager – Chemical Management (Global)

EHS Senior Manager – Chemical Management (Global) leads a large team of EH&S professionals, oversees short- to mid-term tactical and operational plans for EH&S programs across lines of business, develops and manages permits, reports, and audits, and communicates global EHS initiatives to management. Responsible for compliance, environmental opportunities analysis, and implementing programs to reduce risk, including management of environmental permits and reporting, and leading audits of EHS management systems at factories and service locations. Requires deep expertise in global chemical regulations (REACH, TSCA, GHS), SDS authoring, risk tools, sustainability concepts, and product stewardship. Fluency in English is expected; CIH or CSP certifications are a plus. The role aligns with Carrier’s global EHS strategy and involves collaboration across sites, with a focus on policy implementation and continuous improvement to maintain compliance.
