Job Summary
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections to identify and assess potential hazards, then implement safety plans and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Assist with training sessions on workplace safety protocols and investigate workplace accidents to determine causes and recommend future prevention measures. Maintain incident records and track progress on corrective actions while promoting safe work behaviors and reinforcing a strong safety culture across large-scale fabrication and assembly operations. Requires one to two years of hands-on experience, OSHA 30-Hour training, and bilingual communication ability; willing to work a variety of shifts.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of hands‐on experience in a similar role
- Completion of OSHA 30‐Hour training (or willing to obtain)
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in fast‐paced or high‐pressure environments
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support consistent messaging
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual communication ability is preferred
