EHS Safety and Sustainability Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate, maintain, and renew key environmental, health, safety, and sustainability certifications while ensuring documentation remains audit-ready. Partner with clients to understand their ESG goals, develop customized reports, and assist in tracking data for improvement plans. Support internal and external communications by crafting case studies, managing risk responses, and delivering training modules for employees and operational teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Director of Sustainability and EVP of EHS&S to implement best practices and drive program innovation. This onsite role at Harvard Maintenance's Miami headquarters requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience in sustainability or health & safety.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Communications, Business, or a related field (required)

Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, health & safety, or environmental management preferred
- Experience with data analysis, sustainability metrics, or reporting platforms (e.g., GRESB, CDP, EcoVadis) is a plus
- Leveraging AI platforms to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden for the EHS&S department and internal clients
