EHS&S and Facilities Specialist

Lead regional efforts to foster a proactive safety culture by independently managing EHS, sustainability, and facilities initiatives. Implement and continuously improve safety programs aligned with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements while serving as the regional subject matter expert for environmental, health, and safety compliance. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify hazards, champion the journey to carbon neutrality by 2030, and spearhead zero waste to landfill initiatives. Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations, monitor key performance indicators, and support emergency preparedness planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to integrate sustainability into daily operations and leverage Microsoft tools for streamlined reporting.
