Job Summary
Lead regulatory compliance and environmental programs across manufacturing operations; develop and deliver safety training; lead audits, incident investigations (RCA), and corrective actions; implement emergency response planning and drills; manage waste, air emissions, and wastewater reporting to ensure OSHA and environmental regulation compliance; foster a proactive safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives within an industrial manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- ASP or CSP designation and FA/CPR/AED or EMT certifications are highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
- Experience managing audits, reporting, and regulatory submissions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
