EHS & Quality Specialist

Develop and maintain Quality Plan and Quality Control plan; implement the Quality Management System including QA, inspections, calibrations, procedures, and quality plans. Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineer/Sourcing to resolve vendor-related quality issues; issue Non-Conformities and follow up on corrective actions. Lead pre-inspection meetings for projects and manage customer witness inspections. Oversee NCRs, Internal Audits, and related processes to ensure data accuracy and effective corrective actions and performance metrics. Develop site programs to promote employee engagement and foster an strong EHS culture; ensure compliance with GE Vernova EHS policies and standards; support EHS framework implementation and regulatory compliance across North Africa. Assist audits, accident investigations, and EHS-related concerns; ensure waste management is in compliance with regulations. Supervise HSE training; conduct initial general HSE training. Travel up to 50% across North Africa. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering; minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control/EHS; knowledge of ISO standards; internal auditor certification preferred; fluent in English, Arabic, and French." ,
