Job Summary
This position supports the EHS & Quality team with hands-on tasks including formatting and uploading documents, stocking environmental, lab, and safety supplies, reviewing daily cGMP logs, and reviewing permits such as JHA’s, LOTO, Hot Work, and Confined Space. The intern will help ensure permit accuracy, interact with multiple departments, and assist with scanning and filing documents; the role requires proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, strong organization, effective written and verbal communication, and a willingness to learn new processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in a relevant EHS or STEM-related discipline
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Previous EHS or quality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Team player
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Adept at learning new processes
- Valid driver’s license
- Criminal background check and drug screen required
