EHS & Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary
Lead the facility's Environmental, Health & Safety programs by serving as Chair of the Safety Committee, managing hazardous waste, coordinating emergency drills, and conducting accident investigations. Drive ISO 14001 compliance and external audits while enforcing safety policies and leading corrective actions for identified hazards. Manage Quality Assurance functions by conducting in-process and final product inspections, performing AQL checks, and handling nonconforming materials. Support continuous improvement through statistical process control analysis, root cause analysis, and internal audits. Provide work-cell-specific quality training and partner with production teams to ensure compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing setting to include Quality Assurance and Environmental Health and Safety responsibilities
- Must be a U.S. Person within the meaning of ITAR
- Knowledge of Quality Control and Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
- Ability to read and interpret company documents, such as safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies and procedures
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day standing for extended periods of time, walking, bending, stooping, or climbing
- May require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Internal audit experience is preferred
