EHS/OHS Lead

Job Summary
Define and maintain end-to-end operational safety protocols for the high-tech clean room, proactively monitoring the environment to ensure continuous 24/7 adherence to semiconductor industry standards. Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training for all personnel and visitors, serving as the primary point of contact for reporting safety violations or environmental misuse directly to the Innovation Center Head within one working day. Manage the regulatory lifecycle for incoming semiconductor equipment and tools, securing local KC and global certifications while ensuring all hardware and processes align with South Korean national regulations and internal company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Korean certified EHS professional
- proven track record in EHS/OHS within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Deep familiarity with South Korean safety laws (KOSHA)
- Deep familiarity with environmental regulations
- Deep familiarity with equipment certification requirements
- Exceptional relationship management skills to influence safety behaviors across diverse teams and visitors
Desired Qualifications
- specific experience with Photomask or Wafer processing
