Job Summary
EHS Manager at Tosoh Quartz leads site Environmental Health & Safety programs at the Portland manufacturing site, overseeing OSHA compliance, environmental risk management, incident/root-cause analysis, audit readiness, training, and the embedding of EHS practices into daily operations. Responsibilities include setting EHS KPIs, coordinating with regulatory agencies, leading investigations and corrective actions, developing training programs, fostering a proactive safety culture, and partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Facilities to ensure safe, compliant production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
- Experience managing EHS programs, incidents, and regulatory interactions
