Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technical, or related EHS field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering)
- Minimum of 5 – 10 years of EHS experience, preferably in a complex, high-risk environment
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred, or actively pursuing certification
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Proficiency in health and safety regulations including California Code of Regulations, Federal Code of Regulations, Department of Transportation, International Air Travel Association, California Environmental Protection Agency regulations, and local ordinances and laws
- Comprehensive understanding of regionally emerging EHS legislation and experience proactively responding to legislation changes
