Job Summary
Hands-on EHS Manager to build and lead safety programs across Robesonia manufacturing facility, Indiana operations, and Test Center. Develop and maintain safety procedures, conduct facility inspections and risk assessments, ensure OSHA/regulatory readiness, lead incident investigations and corrective actions, and coordinate employee safety training and awareness programs while supporting manufacturing, warehouse, maintenance, engineering, and test-center operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to build relationships and drive safe practices, plus experience implementing or improving safety programs across multi-site operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of safety experience in manufacturing, industrial, food processing, or related environments
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and employee training
