EHS Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end EHS program execution in a manufacturing environment, ensuring OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance, driving injury prevention programs, and building a culture of safety. Develop and deliver safety training, oversee industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and fire prevention initiatives, lead audits and inspections with corrective actions, evaluate new equipment and processes for safety readiness, manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, serve as site emergency response leader, maintain EHS systems and documentation, manage the EHS budget, and champion continuous safety improvements across plant operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive a culture of safety
- Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and results orientation
