EHS MANAGER

Job Summary
Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide environmental, health, and safety programs; ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements; organize and oversee trainings on safety protocols; regularly assess workplaces for compliance and identify hazards; develop and implement risk mitigation strategies including emergency response plans; investigate workplace incidents and near-misses; collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions, drive audits with regulatory agencies, track EHS metrics, and communicate insights to senior management; maintain documentation, stay updated on EHS regulations and industry standards, and foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility; requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, plus experience in managing EHS programs and teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 experience REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role with prior managerial experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulations and standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and patterns
- Proficient in using EHS management software and tools
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
