EHS Manager (Electrical Safety Officer) 80-100%

EHS Manager (Electrical Safety Officer) responsible for leading environment, health and safety initiatives across the organization. Develops and maintains safety concepts, conducts hazard identifications and risk assessments, investigates incidents and near misses, and drives root-cause analyses. Oversees development of EHS policies, procedures, and training, including toolbox talks, classroom sessions, and e-learning. Manages compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, and customer expectations; supports electrical safety program development and implementation; inspects electrical systems and equipment; coordinates CAPAs and corrective actions; coordinates PPE and work equipment evaluations; ensures onboarding and safety orientation for temporary and external staff; travels ~20% for site-related activities.
