EHS Manager

Job Summary
The EHS Manager will implement DPR’s environmental health and safety plan at assigned construction projects, working closely with project management and subcontractors to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Key responsibilities include fostering a culture of safety, coaching management on safety practices, conducting jobsite safety audits, and maintaining safety documentation. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of construction site experience, OSHA 500 training, and various safety certifications. A degree in safety management is advantageous, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on construction sites
- OSHA 500 training
- Competent person, train-the-trainer, and other activity specific certifications
- Familiar with Microsoft office suite
- Oral and writing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in safety management or CHST certification
- Manufacturing / pharmaceutical / OSHPD experience
- Carpenter or laborer union affiliation
