Job Summary
EHS Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing EHS management systems and ensuring compliance across construction activities, with oversight of high-risk tasks (lifting operations, working at height, electrical works, hot work, energy isolation/LOTO), audits, training, incident investigations, and regulatory liaison. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 6 years of EHS experience in construction/infrastructure, plus mandatory EHS certifications; strong English skills and Mandarin as an added advantage; DayOne operates global data centers with locations in Asia and Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant EHS experience in construction/oil and gas/infrastructure
- Mandatory EHS certifications (AK3U, Lifting Safety, Electrical Safety, Working at Height); IOSH/NEBOSH/CSP beneficial
- English proficiency; Mandarin a plus
