Job Summary
Provide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security Plan, verifying that site-specific procedures protect personnel and the public. Hold line management accountable for EHS Management System performance, oversee project metrics, and conduct weekly inspections to ensure closure of action items. Review incident records, thoroughly investigate personal injuries, and ensure timely closure of subsequent actions. Encourage proactive involvement of all personnel in executing the EHS program. Based 100% in a country or with significant travel to Norway or Finland.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a EHS Manager role on major construction projects", "Experience working in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments", "Must be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to Norway or Finland
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on data centre/technology project experience preferred but not essential
