Job Summary

EHS Manager responsible for leading the environmental, health, and safety program at a ceramics manufacturing facility. Oversees regulatory compliance (federal, state/provincial, and local), develops and trains on EHS policies, maintains and improves the EHS management system (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), tracks performance, and plans programs to reduce injuries and regulatory risk. Leads accident-prevention initiatives, coordinates safety activities with unit managers, liaises with external organizations, evaluates safety programs, participates in professional associations, shares knowledge with staff, drives continuous improvement, and supports new ideas. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of EHS experience, strong communication, leadership, mentorship, and proficiency with MS Office and safety software. Target annual salary range USD 103,040.00 – USD 136,013.00.
