EHS Manager

Job Summary
Lead and improve company safety programs, policies, and procedures while conducting site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Develop and deliver safety training programs for field and office employees, identify training gaps, and implement improvement plans. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards. Track and report safety KPIs and performance metrics to leadership, support customer audits, and assist branches with safety needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of EHS leadership experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and ability to travel up to 60%. Full-time remote-based role with pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of EHS leadership experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Ability to travel extensively to branch and customer locations
- Ability to work in office, warehouse, construction, and industrial environments
- Ability to wear required PPE and fall protection equipment
- Ability to conduct field audits and safety inspections
