EHS Lead

Plan and drive implementation of safety, environment, and health programs in compliance with SKF group guidelines and statutory norms. Ensure standardized EHS procedures are followed by maintaining core documentation like HIRA and ASPECT IMPACT while applying the hierarchy of controls to aim for zero injury. Create and design Safe Operating Procedures, conduct regular site checks, and investigate accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective measures. Liaise with external stakeholders including factory inspectors and pollution boards to ensure smooth operations and maintain OSHAS and EMS licenses. Develop training plans to address skill gaps and ensure contractor safety management adheres to site protocols.
