EHS Global Audit Manager

Job Summary

Coordinate assigned supplier, internal, ISO, and EHS compliance audits while maintaining protocols, checklists, and reporting tools. Document findings, monitor corrective actions through closure, and analyze results to prepare dashboards and recommendations. Escalate significant or overdue issues to leadership and partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and support audit training. Manage multiple priorities within an established governance framework, with a willingness to travel for supplier and internal activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, occupational health, environmental science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Approximately five or more years of EHS experience in technical, industrial, construction, data center, or other mission-critical environments
  • Knowledgeable about OSHA requirements and applicable federal environmental regulations
  • Exposure to international or local regulatory frameworks
  • Experienced in conducting or coordinating EHS compliance, management-system, or supplier audits
  • Familiar with EHS management systems and standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Able to independently manage defined programs and complex assignments within an established strategy and governance framework
  • Skilled at collecting, reviewing, and presenting audit data through reports, dashboards, and other performance indicators
  • Comfortable developing practical workflows, procedures, templates, and program documentation
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately
  • A collaborative partner who works effectively across functions, regions, and levels of an organization
  • A clear and concise communicator with strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset
  • Willing and able to travel as needed to support supplier and internal audit activities
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to access export controlled information without a required export authorization

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional certification such as ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, ISO Lead Auditor, or an equivalent credential
  • Experience with supplier EHS or responsible-sourcing audits
  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional EHS programs
  • Familiarity with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
  • Experience with EHS software platforms, audit-management systems, and data-visualization tools
  • Experience in data center, construction, technology infrastructure, or mission-critical operations
