EHS & Facilities Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee facility operations and maintenance activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and operational excellence. Implement continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining GMP standards. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure reliable facility operations. Provide technical EHS support, lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, and develop EHS Programs and Training. Conduct risk assessments for workplace safety, facilitate site audits, and report EH&S metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental, preferably in a GMP/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, required.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, cGMP) and quality systems.
- Safety program implementation and compliance expertise.
- Physical ability to perform inspections and respond to facility issues.
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certifications in facilities systems, safety procedures, or trade specializations are beneficial.
- Proficiency in building management systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Project management skills and budget oversight capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Emergency response capabilities and on-call rotation availability.
- Effective communication and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and facility management software.
- Experience managing contractor relationships and service agreements.
