EHS expert APAC

Job Summary
Support APAC EHS Director to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and corporate standards across APAC; assist in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification audits, CAP audits, and corporate audits; conduct root cause analyses for accidents, hazard assessments, and prepare reporting materials; inspect sites to identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures; lead safety-related promotion programs (Machine guarding, Electrical Safety, LOTO, Contractor Safety Management); act as regional electrical safety coordinator supporting OE-ES; coordinate regional EHS meetings and update related KPIs; support emergency preparedness and EHS documentation; provide administrative support for EHS reporting and coordination across APAC sites; ensure Bosch APAC meets global EHS expectations through data management and timely safety/compliance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Electrical Engineering
- Expertise on Machine guarding and Electrical Safety
- Basic knowledge of ISO 45001, hazard identification, and incident management processes
