Job Summary
Conduct environmental and social due diligence assessments, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and support project management tasks for acquisitions and divestitures. Perform document review, research, site visits, and field audits to evaluate compliance against international standards like the Equator Principle and IFC Performance Standards. Draft reports based on scope of work and assist leadership in bidding preparation, cost estimation, and client relationship management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EHS regulations in Vietnam and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline such as environmental science, environmental engineering, occupational health and safety
- Minimum of 2-years' work experience either in a consultancy or in industry or similar experience
- Must be fluent in English, reading, writing and conversation
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in an environmental/ occupational health and safety discipline is preferable
- Experience in conducting due diligence assessments
- Good understanding of international standards (e.g. IFC performance standards, ADB Safeguard Policy Statement) and guidelines, and ATSM for Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) is desirable
