EHS & Engineering Director

Job Summary
Lead EHS and Engineering at the Suzhou plant, directing the EHS and Engineering teams to deliver site objectives through governance, safety culture, and capital-project execution. Responsible for engineering projects, OT/IT cybersecurity, utilities and facilities maintenance, and continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, and production targets. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10 years in engineering, R&D, or safety leadership, experience with Lean/Six Sigma, and knowledge of NFPA 70 and OSHA; strong leadership and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical)
- 10 years in Engineering, R&D, or Safety Leadership
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards (e.g., NFPA 70, OSHA)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent English communication skills
