Job Summary
Lead and support project Risk Assessments, HazOp processes, and Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews to integrate EHS considerations into design delivery. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, EPA, and RCRA through regular audits, inspections, and hazard mitigation. Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs while monitoring regulatory changes to maintain organizational alignment with legal requirements. This role is based at either the Las Vegas, NV or Indianapolis, IN Polymer Center.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal, state and local EHS regulations
- Ability to perform risk assessments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in managing projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 4 - 7 Years of relatable experience in EHS program development, safety management, and implementation
- This role will be based at either our Las Vegas, NV or Indianapolis, IN Polymer Center
Desired Qualifications
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) - preferred
