EHS Engineer

Lead the Southern Taiwan EHS team to execute management programs at customer sites, ensuring compliance with all EHS requirements, standards, and regulations. Conduct regular patrols and audits at customer fabs to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and manage gowning areas per 6S principles while supervising high-risk operations to prevent safety violations. Serve as an internal training instructor by updating materials, delivering sessions, and addressing questions, while organizing annual customer agreement meetings and preparing relevant documentation. Respond to customer violations or emergency incidents, coordinate follow-up actions, and participate in office fire drills and emergency response exercises. Submit daily reports to the manager and arrange cleanroom garment laundering services alongside procuring and distributing necessary supplies.
