Job Summary
Support the EHS Manager in developing the EHS Management System aligned with SMK3, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Evaluate adherence to regulatory and voluntary requirements while sustaining leading programs such as regular patrols, genba visits, stop work authority, accident investigations, inductions, and permit-to-work processes. Create informational flyers and virtual content detailing life-saving rules and standard procedures. Assist in the Energy Kaizen program to achieve carbon neutrality and maintain the EHS KPI dashboard. This six-month internship requires a degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Engineering, proficiency in MS Office, and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Engineering
- Competent with MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Well-practiced organizational skills and ability to plan and meet deadlines
- Maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision
- Can commit to a minimum 6-month internship
