Job Summary
EHS Engineer III responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and Zero Harm culture. Partners with site leadership, Facilities, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and R&D to identify risks, manage environmental and occupational safety programs, conduct risk assessments, audits, training, and contractor oversight. Manages EHS management systems and tools (Agile workflows, Brady 360, EPAC maintenance, SAP purchasing, OSHA programs), coordinates contractor activities, supports sustainability initiatives, and leads projects from conception to completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or post graduate level with a core focus closely related to EHS management and 5+ years EH&S management controls experience
- Bachelor’s degree or post graduate level with an Engineering or Manufacturing focus and 5+ years EHS management experience
- Preferred CSP or CIH certifications
- Strong knowledge of federal, state and local EHS regulations and standards
- Experience with EHS software (e.g., Benchmark/Gensuite)
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Project management and effective communication skills
- Willingness to perform duties requiring lifting up to 40 lbs.
