Job Summary

EHS Engineer II responsible for championing workplace safety, leading through communication and training, conducting various EHS trainings (including respiratory training and fit testing, fall protection, control of hazardous energies, qualified electrical worker, and ergonomics), performing detailed ergonomic analyses, applying regulatory and industry safety codes (OSHA, NFPA, NEC, SEMI, ANSI), utilizing PPE and industrial hygiene practices, conducting root-cause incident investigations, leading site safety committee meetings, developing and implementing engineering/administrative controls to mitigate risk, fostering safety-focused internal/external relationships, updating EHS policies and BKMs, and providing safety coaching aligned with regional activities; may require overnight travel (<25%) and support to other facilities as needed. Preferred qualifications include CSP, CIH, CHMM, CPE certification and a BS in engineering, chemistry, biology, industrial hygiene, or related field; strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations; ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
