Job Summary
Conduct on-site health and safety consulting for construction projects, managing incidents and near-misses while ensuring legal compliance and implementing site-specific safety plans. Perform regular inspections to promote safe behaviors, deliver feedback on performance to leadership, and foster a strong safety culture among workers. Execute hazard recognition and job hazard analysis to proactively address risks in complex project environments. This role involves delivering technical H&S services to technology sector clients in Eastern Tokyo, requiring native-level Japanese and intermediate English for stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications

- On-site health & safety consultant for a technology sector client
- Delivery of Health and Safety services and Incident and near-miss management including stop-work intervention
- Confirm that Health and Safety legal compliance requirements are understood, control programs are in place and that compliance is monitored during construction activities
- Provide regular inspection routines to projects to promote safe behaviors, and good conditions and to increase safety awareness across all workers on site
- Provide feedback on overall health and safety performance to regional leadership
- Other Health and Safety related tasks as required
- Work Location: Eastern Tokyo

- 大型施設(特にIT関連施設、倉庫、物流拠点、工場、エネルギー発電施設、米軍基地)の工事現場での安全管理経験者歓迎します
- コンサルティング経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
- 施工管理技士の資格
- 安全管理者の資格
- 労働安全コンサルタントの資格
- 現場での業務にやりがいを感じる方
- 様々なステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションをとり、業務を推進できる方
- 現場でのオンサイト業務がメインのため、現場への通勤が可能な方
