Job Summary
Conduct on-site health and safety consulting for a technology sector client, delivering services including incident and near-miss management with stop-work intervention authority. Enforce Health and Safety legal compliance requirements, confirm control programs are operational, and monitor adherence during construction activities. Execute regular inspection routines to promote safe behaviors and increase safety awareness across all workers, while providing feedback on overall performance to regional leadership. Manage site-specific Health and Safety plans and address proactive risks in complex project environments. This full-time role is based in Eastern Tokyo and requires a Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or health and safety, along with minimum three years of relevant construction safety experience.
