Job Summary
Conduct on-site health and safety consulting for technology sector clients, delivering incident and near-miss management including stop-work intervention. Enforce Health and Safety legal compliance requirements, confirm control programs are in place, and monitor compliance during construction activities. Provide regular inspection routines to promote safe behaviors and increase safety awareness across all workers. Deliver feedback on overall health and safety performance to regional leadership while implementing site-specific Health and Safety plans. Manage hazard recognition, incident management, and job hazard analysis to proactively address risks. Requires native-level Japanese and intermediate English proficiency for client communication. Based in Eastern Tokyo with on-site duties.
Required Qualifications
- 3年以上の建設安全に関する経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- 日常会話レベルの英語

- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, health and safety or relevant studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction safety experience
- Be passionate about safety performance improvement

- Confirm that Health and Safety legal compliance requirements are understood, control programs are in place and that compliance is monitored during construction activities
- Provide regular inspection routines to projects to promote safe behaviors, and good conditions and to increase safety awareness across all workers on site
- Provide feedback on overall health and safety performance to regional leadership
- Other Health and Safety related tasks as required

Desired Qualifications
- -環境工学、労働安全、または関連分野の学士号
- 大型施設(特にIT関連施設、倉庫、物流拠点、工場、エネルギー発電施設、米軍基地)の工事現場での安全管理経験者
- コンサルティング経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
- 施工管理技士の資格
- 安全管理者の資格
- 労働安全コンサルタントの資格
