EHS Coordinator

EHS Coordinator position on-site at manufacturing sites in Streetsboro and Aurora, OH. Responsible for developing and supporting the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related regulations. Primary duties include monitoring safety compliance on the manufacturing floor, conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments; leading incident investigations and root-cause analyses; maintaining EHS documentation and permits; delivering EHS training (e.g., lockout/tagout, forklift safety, emergency response); managing hazardous waste and chemical storage; assisting with ergonomics and injury prevention; writing/updating EHS procedures; collaborating with operations to tailor programs; supporting ISO certification efforts; and tracking key EHS metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems; knowledge of OSHA 1910, EPA regulations, and industrial hygiene; strong communication skills; and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are required.
