Job Summary
Conduct strategic leadership for onsite multi-skilled teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of critical data center operations. Maintain strict policy compliance, manage technical escalations, and uphold infrastructure integrity to meet client SLAs and safety standards. Lead HSEQ initiatives including site safety, risk mitigation, statutory compliance, and incident investigations. Coordinate end-to-end project support, align contractors to performance standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service continuity. Manage budgets and work processes to enable efficient, compliant project delivery while supporting a strong safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in health and safety of similar engineering operations sites
- Professional qualifications to support Health and Safety deliveries
- Proven track record of similar roles
- Bachelor's and advanced degree in a related field
- Achieved industry recognized professional qualification in related fields
- Proven track record of problem solving, critical thinking
- Proficiency in project / Operations management software (e.g., Project, Primavera, Procore), MCIM, Famis 360, BI dashboard tools and other relevant tools
