Job Summary
EHS Coordinator responsible for securing health and safety of plant personnel, ensuring regulatory and corporate EHS compliance, and driving continuous improvement. Key duties include budget management for Safety Programs and PPE, ownership of environmental and occupational health programs (hazardous/solid waste, wastewater/stormwater), conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), incident documentation in SAP, leading internal and external EHS audits, and collaborating with regulators and vendors to implement best practices. Requires 5+ years in manufacturing/EHS, proficiency in SAP, Google Workspace, and Excel, and ability to adapt to rotating/non-standard schedules; travel up to 10% and on-site work in Orangeburg, SC.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing or dedicated EHS environment.
- Advanced digital competency, including SAP, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating or non-standard work schedules within a heavy manufacturing environment.
