EHS Coordinator - 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Plan, implement, and manage plant-wide safety and environmental policies in compliance with OSHA and local regulations. Lead safety initiatives, conduct facility inspections to identify hazards, and direct incident investigations to recommend corrective actions. Coordinate training programs for managers and employees on topics including lockout/tagout, fall protection, and chemical handling. Compile and submit required accident, environmental, and regulatory reports while maintaining all safety and health records. Act as a resource for staff regarding safety issues and collaborate with Human Resources on workers' compensation programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years applicable experience
- Manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience generating regulatory reporting
- Experience interpreting and complying with OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910)
- Previous experience with a safety team
- Experience training employees on proper safety and environmental work practices
- Experience with incident investigation
- Experience with corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Equivalent experience to Bachelor's degree

- Worker Compensation Certification
- OSHA (10/30) certification
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
